For the Tulip 139 (Original Tulip Shoe):
Tulip 139 shoes and flats are made from recycled microfiber and tend to stretch up to a full size with wear. We therefore recommend that they fit tightly when you first try them on.

For other Tulip styles:
Our other styles, such as loafers, ballerina flats and sneakers, generally fit true to size. Fit may vary slightly between styles, so we recommend checking the size recommendation on each product page.

To keep your Tulip shoes looking their best, clean them gently with a damp microfiber cloth. Always remove the insoles before cleaning, as they should not get wet.

For deeper cleaning, use a foam or cleaner specifically designed for footwear and always test it on a small, inconspicuous area first.

We do not recommend machine washing or tumble drying your Tulip shoes, as this may damage them.

Before wearing your shoes for the first time, we recommend applying a silicone-free impregnation spray to help protect the textile.

NEOPRENE BAGS
Our neoprene bags can be hand-washed in cold water with a mild detergent. Remove all detachable accessories before washing and avoid scrubbing, as this may cause fraying.

Do not use bleach or soak the bag. Do not tumble dry or iron. Avoid contact with hot surfaces, as neoprene is sensitive to heat.

Hang to dry and allow the bag to dry completely before use.

VEGAN LEATHER / PU BAGS
Gently clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaning products.

Do not tumble dry or expose the bag to excessive heat.

GENUINE LEATHER BAGS
Genuine leather is a natural material that may develop subtle variations in colour and texture over time. We recommend handling your leather bag with care and avoiding prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight and heat.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, in perfect condition, with its original tags and packaging.

Exchanges are subject to availability in store. Price differences will be charged or issued as store credit, depending on the
case.

Store credit is valid for 6 months, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
